The iberico bellota ham of Ciurana’s brand has been raised on the loose in pastures from the area of Salamanca or Extremadura. Its curing time has been done in a completely natural and artisanal way, using ancient curing methods. Thanks to its slow curation controlled by a Ham Master during 36 months, we obtain unique pieces of the highest quality.
