The Serrano Ham Serón Selección 1880 50% Duroc is original from Serón, a locality located in Sierra de los Filabres, Almería. These hams have the distinctive TSG (Traditional Speciality Guaranteed) for its elaboration method. The weather of the area, which has cold and dry winters, is perfect to ensure that the piece is slowly and naturally dried. After a minimum of 20 months of curing, it is obtained a ham of pleasant and fresh flavour and also very aromatic.
