The Cebo de Campo 100% Ibérico Shoulder BEHER belongs to the label selection ”Rojo Auténtico” and it has been raised in the pastures of Guijuelo (Salamanca). These pieces have a thin and profiled form, with soft fat rich in oleic acid. When it is cut, the colour of the meat is red cherry with a high level of undercover fat. It has a soft and pleasant flavor and its smell is characteristic of the best hams of Guijuelo.
